I seek to embody a sense of playfulness in a light-hearted, free-spirited manner to bring forth that which is hiding or being hidden within through eyes of curiosity and wonder. I look to new discoveries with a willingness to try on new ways of being inspired by my own creative self-expression.
AUTHENTICITY & OWNERSHIP
I own who I am and allow my whole self to be seen in its truest and most natural form. My authentic self is experienced through the shedding of layers (personas and inauthentic ways of being) that disguise my true essence and unique beauty. Through living authentically and owning who I am and what I want, I am modeling what it is to be fully seen.
TRUTH
I am a seeker of my truth. I am willing to tune in and ask my intuition, trusted mentors, or Spirit for guidance to discover my truth. Once a truth is revealed, I will proclaim my truth out loud through transparency, honesty, and openness in my communication with myself and others. I fully believe when I choose to proclaim my truth freedom will follow.
INTUITION
I believe that I hold the power within to access inner guidance to make clear decisions and unveil a deep knowing. I understand that intuition sees what the logical mind cannot. I listen to and trust the answers revealed through my intuition and take aligned actions inside of that deep knowing.
I am willing to be open and share my truth, my feelings, and emotions. I believe when I share vulnerably, I am providing permission for others to do the same.
VULNERABILITY
I desire to live a life of boldness, adventure, and aliveness. I understand that by learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable, I am allowing myself to continue to come to the edge and be shown what else there is to explore through a bold courageous spirit.
